BITDRYWALL – RETURN POLICY
At BitDrywall, we are committed to supplying quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. To maintain fair and consistent business practices, the following return policy applies to all purchases:
1. No Returns on Surplus or Incorrect Quantities
Goods purchased in excess of project requirements, incorrectly estimated quantities, or items no longer needed due to project completion will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
2. Project Completion
Once a project has been completed, any remaining or unused materials will not qualify for return or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate ordering.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following situations do not qualify for returns:
Over-ordering or change in project scope
Cancellation of projects after purchase
Customer ordering errors (incorrect product, size, or specification)
4. Defective or Damaged Goods
Returns will only be considered for goods that are:
Defective
Damaged upon delivery (T & C Apply)
Not in accordance with the original order or invoice
Such claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
5. Inspection and Approval
All defective return requests are subject to inspection and approval by BitDrywall management. Approved items may be replaced or credited at the company’s discretion.
6. Condition of Returned Goods
Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging Any approved refunds processed before the 25th of the month will be paid in the same month at month end. There after will be paid at the following month end.
